Rachel is a 20 year veteran working with Public Accounting Firms and their clients, creating a better workforce for succession planning. M2 CEO for 10 years as a strategist with a people purpose. Certified in Human Resources, acting often as CHRO/COO for hire on a fractional basis. Previously held roles at Director of Marketing and Business Development as well as Director of Human Capital at two well-known east coast accounting firms. In the past 10 years have serviced more than 100 accounting firms in hiring and developing programs to enhance their recruitment and retention.

In recognition of the work he’s done, this Arizona native has been named one of the state’s top business leaders under the age of 40 by the Phoenix Business Journal as well as a 35-Under-35 entrepreneurial award from the Arizona Republic.
