Certified in Human Resources, acting often as CHRO/COO for hire on a fractional basis. Previously held roles at Director of Marketing and Business Development as well as Director of Human Capital at two well-known east coast accounting firms. In the past 10 years have serviced more than 100 accounting firms in hiring and developing programs to enhance their recruitment and retention.
